I have more than 25 years of professional clinical experience providing comprehensive and effective counseling for teens and adults of all ages and backgrounds within a variety of settings including hospitals, community centers, schools, and private practice. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, as well as relationship, self-esteem, life transition, and academic and career-related challenges. In my holistic, integrated approach, I draw from a combination of evidence-based practice methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) trauma resolution therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and skill-based techniques.
