In our work together we will also identify and build on your existing strengths, deepen your self-awareness and confidence, and develop concrete strategies and skills to help you effectively navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Through this process you will gain valuable insight and practical tools that will empower you to thrive in all areas of your life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed School Counselor, and Licensed School Social Worker with over two decades of experience working in the field of mental health in school and community settings. I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education from the University of Colorado-Denver.
